I am a subscriber. For two properties. Called tonight for a hot water heater leak. I was greeted by an AI operator who said it would be marked "urgent." 2+ hours now and no call back. Not the same company after the merger. Don't rely on this company if it's an emergency.

I purchased a new ac unit. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the technician support and continue to have unresolved problems with the unit.

Was happy with AC by J but now after the merger the service is awful. They will not honor warranty work. There is no live person to speak with only a machine. This is what happens when a company makes a bad business decision and doesn’t consider the downside of their decision . I will need to find a new company for AC and plumbing needs. Too bad we were good customers.
