What a great guy! Donnell is great at listening to determine what is wrong so he can set things right. Super friendly and a pleasure to work with just like nearly everyone from Absolute that has been to our home. Everything was covered under the warranty. He made a couple of adjustments and corroborated what I thought was the root cause of the condensation buildup and reason for today's visit.
