Rick came to my rescue on a SUNDAY when I idiotically backed out of my garage too fast and bent the door out of its tracks. He came to Sierra Vista promptly and got everything working again very fast, in less than half an hour, I estimate. It was a costly emergency visit, but well worth it. He also pointed out some issues with the strength of the opener that might need to be addressed eventually, and gave me an estimate for future work (from my damage) but never pressured me.
