Demolition, Concrete parking lot building

Asked for a quote 4 times, never sent one. Called again and they said they didn’t feel comfortable delivering and dumping the rocks in residential property. Instead on communicating that they just ghosted us. Terrible communication, unprofessional and poor execution.
