Have a business management degree and many years of business management experience and it is unethical to try and charge someone for a service call that was canceled. That's exactly what this company will try and do. Have the record of the cancelation if you wanted to talk.

Our experience was great from beginning to end. The customer support rep that reached our Shelly was highly communicative and got our appointment scheduled asap. The tech Jonathan Barradas was great. He was prompt (came early) did a garage door tune up for us within an hour and discussed options for future work. We received our quote via email and it was easy to read and user friendly. We loved it and would definitely recommend.
