We have been super satisfied with the service from A&C as a whole. Today in particular was such a positive experience. Shay, our provider really went above and beyond and was super knowledgeable. As a home owner I really appreciated his attention to detail. He left no question unanswered. He also offered to wear shoe covers, which was super respectful and thoughtful. He also gave advice on future treatments to eliminate cave crickets the following season.

Shay, our service provider, was so nice, thorough and knowledgeable. We have been plagued with cave crickets and he went above and beyond to make sure every place they could be was treated. He was very patient and explained each process. He was also super respectful and asked if he could cover his shoes, which we thought was so nice. A&C overall has been really good.
