Called to see if they could fix my key since it broke off the fob. He told me he couldn’t and I asked if I would just need a new key. I have no problem paying full price for a replacement key. However he never responded not even to tell me “Yes you may need a new key however I am unavailable at the moment.” I would have totally understood as I am A service provider here in El Paso. Called another locksmith and he is on the way to make me a new key for $80. Unprofessional and terrible communicati

Legit told him I saw on the review he can get it done in 30 seconds, he pulled it off in 5 can not believe it! Hopefully doesn’t happen again but I kno who I’ll call if I need!

My husband got locked in his office at our house. It was 10 pm on a Saturday night. I googled for a locksmith and found 3 others. Two of them that claimed to be open 24/7did not answer. A&B picked up the phone and he got to our place in 25 minutes. The door mechanism was the problem and he fixed it in 15-20 minutes. He was very reasonable as far as the amount we owed him. I would recommend him without doubt.
