Drove across town to find it locked up. It is 10:30, supposed to be open until 4. Never trying this shop again.

Not a physical location and doesn't pick up the phone

Went to the place of business twice, during the posted hours on Google. Both times the door was locked and no one present. I also called and left a message at the listed number. The message directs the caller to send a text message for a quicker response. I sent a text message as well. Several days have past and I haven't received a call back or response to my text. I don't know if the service provided is good or not, but the customer service/interaction needs lots of improvement.
