The inspection report was very basic. The inspector was very inconsiderate & tracked mud all inside my home.

John is very helpful and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and John spent a good amount of time answering our questions, showing us how to do things, and interceding on our behalf with the builder. He went above and beyond helping us get the builder to fix some issues that the builder did not want to fix. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home!
