The technicians were great I needed hot water tank so the tank was 700 my bill was 4100 when they got done I asked how much was the labor and they just said it’s all in the cost no real answer I gave it a 5 star for the great techs But the cost to me kinda shady

I have been a long term customer for over ten years and have to say the service is going downhill lately. The technician they sent last time was nice but not very experienced. I felt she was answering my questions from something out of a handbook she just studied and memorized without getting to the actual point. She even tried to sell me something I have already had and was also installed by AAA. Besides, their new scheduling system sucks that they would only give a whole day window. I received
