Steve and his team did a great job with thoroughly waterproofing my damp basement. Jordan from J&J Plumbing also did a great job re-attaching the water heater and attending to items that were separate from the waterproofing job. However, I did not expect that I would be charged extra for the washer/dryer and sink to be moved back into place. I was under the impression that was a given with such an expensive waterproofing job.
