We were able to get scheduled quickly with A1 Utah Home Inspector, which we appreciated—but unfortunately, the inspection itself was a major disappointment. Several standard inspection items were not completed. The gas fireplace was not checked, room measurements were not taken, and the deck footing was not properly evaluated (no effort was made to determine whether it was wood-to-ground or set on concrete, as nothing was inspected below the surface near the footer). DO Not got with them i just had a client that called me and the electrical panel was not up to code and was not caught by the inspector and now look bad for referring the, this is the 3 client I stopped using them awhile ago but they are cheap for a reason, if you are a realtor and you dont want to make your clients made pay more for a better company.

Don't reach out after your inspection with questions and concerns unless you like condescending, snarky responses.
