We had a brand new opener (chamberlain bought on Amazon) installed by them in January it failed in May. The tech came out figured out what was wrong called the company and had the part shipped to us under warranty and came back and installed it. They were great, took care of everything which was a relief especially dealing with chamberlain to get the new part
