We used this company through American Home Shield to replace one of units back in December. Fast forward to the end of April and we noticed that our guest bathroom was “leaking” upon further investigation… we uncovered that when the new unit that was put it they didn’t hook back up the condensation pipe and water was leaking down the back of our bathroom wall. Can't comment on their work since they could not make the scheduled day appointment. Using American Home Shield, they were assigned to service our AC TODAY, being two business days since request. They texted yesterday to say they could not make it until a few more days. Totally unacceptable. Plus, we are canceling American Home Shield!
