Their “lifetime warranty” clearly doesn’t mean much. I called about a car they tinted 20 years ago—the film is now bubbled and warped so badly you can barely see out the windows. I was told over the phone that yes, it’s covered under a lifetime warranty and they could remove it. Fast forward to the appointment: the owner comes out, looks at it, and even admits the film they used back then was so poor the company went out of business. He says they can remove it—great.
