Anthony and Sal picked up my poor baby car after hitting a deer. They were the only pleasant people I met during this experience. They were super professional and caring. They need a raise.

I've had to get a fair amount of tows, driving an older vehicle. This one really impressed me. Sal showed up in a record amount of time, and was courteous, friendly, and every inch the professional. I was locked out of my vehicle, three dogs in the car, 95 degrees outside. Woman on the phone was quite rude and quoted me $600 without my roadside assistance information. Which was locked in my vehicle. Get real! Understandably, I hired someone else, who worked with me and in the end my roadside assistance covered everything!

Be careful with this company. I gave 1 stars because the driver was great, 0 star otherwise. Dispatcher is a scammer and cocky. I gave him 3 references where I was. 5 miles before exist 230 on freeway 10 east bound, 5 miles before the blythe airport, 5 miles before mesa verde (i may have said verde mesa) but the driver is local and should know (he is my neighbor 1 block down). I gave him the exact information. The dispatcher said driver exited 230 went eastbound to 240 and did not see me

My daughter broke down on the freeway near Blythe (8/14/25) on her way from Phoenix to SoCal. Rafael from A Tow Truck was there quickly, provided great service, and most importantly helped my 22 year old daughter feel safe. He towed her car to Indio and she said he was awesome. I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could, because the driver that always comes out and observers, its me. He's the greatest guy in the world. I appreciate his work yesterday as he was there. On time and I didn't even have to be there. Got the car and he still went and picked it up and brought it back over and he remembered my name right off the bat.
