He called me before he got there and told me when he would arrive. He showed up early and was one of the happiest, most positive people I've ever met in my entire life! I was strained in a middle of nowhere on the I-10 W. Natalie went far and beyond to get someone out to help me. Rafael was a sweet man. He called and assured me he would be there to help me. He arrived earlier than promised. Changed my tire and advised me to get to a safe place and have my tire changed before heading home for safety purposes. I'm soooo grateful for Natalie and Rafael.
