The water heater located in our ceiling burst on in the middle of lessons, and drenched everything underneath it. It was in a hard-to-reach location and, it turned out, sitting on rotten wood and rusted fixtures. Ernesto came exactly when he said he would, salvaged what he could and replaced and installed everything else quickly and without any fuss. He left everything clean and tidy and was friendly and a delight to work with. I'll definitely go to him first if I ever need anything else!
