Matthew said something that really resonated with me, He said he believes that everyone should have a craft and master it. Matthew gave a very thorough inspection with easily understandable notes. He is well rounded and has a good hold about what kind of work and who to talk to when certain things need to be done. He is open, communicative, and available. I believe in long-term relationships with my compatriots and so does Matthew. Will definitely be working with him again.
