I called Bryan Coleman to come out & inspect a remodel in its final stage of completion. I was already having problems with the contractor doing the remodel & Bryan was able to point out a ton of things that were incomplete and done wrong. He was very detailed in his report and explained everything to me with pictures and a walk through. He addressed some issues with my roof which I thought was already repaired by the licensed professional I hired. I'm so grateful he caught the roofing issue

We recently had the home we are in process of buying inspected by Bryan. He was very thorough, took his time and answered any and all questions we had. I definitely felt comfortable with his inspection and would recommend him to anyone!
