There was an uncovered roof exhaust fan that was not noted at all in Eric's inspection report (essentially leaving a giant hole in the roof). Attic was marked (inaccessible) even though he had full access and just peered his head up there. No notation of the stability of the build in the attic as a result. The fuse box showed evidence of melted wiring that was not noted. Roof was not inspected at all. The HVAC air handler had its feeder duct completely torn in half which was not noted. Foun

I cannot say enough good things about A Pro North and especially Eric. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Eric quite literally saved me from purchasing a home that could have been a maintenance nightmare — he uncovered issues from a lightning strike and electrical surge that the builder had not disclosed.
