The biggest mistake I ever made. I would give this company 0 stars if I could! They missed my furnace being under water at one time and hence, my furnace for my all gas house was condemed by Spire. Derek missed code violations in my basement, missed my rear door glass fractured prior to me moving in, and missed my roof which actually was not finished prior to me buying the house.
