This inspector offered a foundation inspection, and then told the buyer that the foundation was bad. He later admitted that he is not structural engineer, nor is he an expert on foundations. He also told me he is not an expert on roofs or HVAC systems. Doesn't sound like the kind of inspector I would ever hire
