Bobby Millet did a great job inspecting the mobile home in was interested in purchasing. I highly recommend his company. He is extremely thorough. I would never have noticed that the water heater that was installed was not rated for a mobile home. He saved me around $3000 since I was able to get the seller to replace the water heater before my purchase.
