They had it delivered and on my doorstep TWO DAYS LATER!! Just tested my water again and hardness levels are where they should be (and we have very hard water here in northern Indiana). Great service! Tony and Heather were great to deal with. They tested my water and had my softener in a week. I installed it with zero problems. Tony followed up with me a few days later and we were set. Great prices and service!!!

Had this tank, almost 6 years, had no problems until it started leaking talk to the manufacturer found out it's going to cost me $300.00 and some odd dollars to have this tank replaced on a 10 year warranty, not real happy with the situation, here are some pictures showing the leak.
