I was promised a 2-3 week turnaround, but it ended up taking two full months of me constantly calling and chasing them for updates. Had my fence installed? It had a couple of issues. This has been since January of this year. And still to this day, now, in May, no call, no show.

AG Vinyl installed 2 new gates for us and they did a fantastic job. We went with a custom built double swing gate and a single swing gate. The craftsmanship of the gates is beautiful and the install went smoothly. Communication with Sean was very easy with timely responses.

Even though I was a giveaway winner, they treated me like a valued customer every step of the way. Their communication was quick, clear, and friendly, which really stood out to me. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers!

All we can say is wow! Rick came out and immediately saved us about $2K over other companies by making a simple suggestion to go with a large single gate rather than a double gate. Our install was difficult but reinforcements came to help and our gates we installed in a single day at no extra charge. The price was lower than everyone else, the installation team went the extra mile and cleaned up everything before they left. Our new aluminum slate fence/gates completely changed our curb appeal.
