Paul installed our gutters in 2013. When we called him back in 2018 for a repair and re-paint he said he was really busy but provided a quote and told us to check back. We weren't in a hurry, so that wasn't a problem. We continued to call him back every month or so in 2019. Each and every time he became more resistant and would always say he was too busy and would call us back in a few weeks. He never called us back and never did the repair.
