Super nice company, but be careful. They keep deposits if you cancel appointments

This company handles snow removal for my community, the Metro Lofts. Their careless work managed to damage my patio table. While they initially took accountability and said they’d compensate me for the damage, they never have. They don’t respond to emails and or voicemails. I will recommend that we sever the relationship since they clearly don’t care about damaging customers property. This was supposed to be resolved on March 13 and it is now May 22nd!
