Staff is always pleasant. Advance notification of approximate arrival is a nice asset. Advance pricing possibilities would be an added benefit as cash payment helps keep cost & extra work down. We didn’t have small enough denominations of bills to pay cash easily. We always use Better Garage Door so unaware of what typical cost are for coming out & making a repair.

I feel like there’s a lot of companies out there that don’t really know what they’re doing. This seems like a great family owned business that has a great reputation. They are responsive and skilled. Came out and replaced my 18 yr old opener with a new belt drive type. It is quiet and high tech with lots of bells and whistles. My technician took the time to reprogram my cars and key pad. Very good experience.
