Called beforehand, explained the problem, i.e., extract broken bolt in my STIHL blower. Older guy in small engine repair shop, for no apparent reason, was short, curt, and rude. I was very polite, and to the point. Without asking, wouldn't give me an estimate, other than $75.00 per hour, without answering my question, "about how long it would take?". When the younger very cordial young man attempted to extract the bolt, the old guy abruptly said, “we can't do it today”. Senility? Racist? Just ha
