I called and set up an appointment without any problems. Tony came and very quickly figured out the problem with my oven. The fix was quick and it was much cheaper than replacing the oven.

I had an issue with my Washer. Called Tony explained the issue and he came out the same day. Advised of his trip charge, which I felt was reasonable. He asked me a lot of questions, about sound it was making, if I overload the washer, which I don't. When it started acting up, etc. He will tell you if he feels it is not worth fixing. Tony did his due diligence. Put his thinking hat on and viola he fixed it.... and saved me another expensive trip to the laundromat. He is honest, fair in his pricin

Tony was prompt in responding to my voicemail. He had same day availability. He called 15 minutes before arriving. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He invited me to see the work as he progressed. He fixed the issue with our squealing dryer. He will be our first contact for any future major home appliance repair needs.
