Dennis replaced Dana last yr. Dana had been servicing my HVAC system for 20+ yrs. All AAction staff have been excellent. I have a service contract and they are very reliable. Dennis demonstrates great skill and good judgement in all he does for my hvac units. Despite his young age, I am very impressed.

Charles saved the day! Our heater died on an unusually cold day, while we had older family visiting. Charles was able to quickly figure out what was going on with our furnace, and even put a rush on the part that was needed. He came right back after picking the part up and was able to repair it right away. He was also so great with our dogs! They trusted him right away, which is pretty rare. Kenneth corrected our problem swiftly. Additionally, his explanation of the trouble, and the corrective replacement parts and system settings was exceptionally understandable.

Had Kenneth come out and repair our Heat Pump. He did an excellent job of explaining what the issue was, walking us through our options, and then worked efficiently to repair our unit. We inquired about some other options and he provided us with some explanations and options for the other work. We will definitely be returning for any other work that needs to be performed.
