I’m sure a lot depends on the specific inspector but I mine was extremely detailed. I am glad I didn’t spend the extra 300 for another highly recommended company. This inspector did all the same things, and took the time to walk me through everything and talk to me about any of my concerns. Very very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

James did his job really good. It took like 2.5 hours, he thoroughly checked the house. He explained the deficiencies he found was from builder or seller and it gave me a direction which ones should be dealt with. It was my first home buy, he was a big help.

They did the exactly what they needed to do! They are professional at their work and very polite! Explains everything clearly so that you can understand! My inspector was very thorough of every inspection he did! I would use A-Action for my next home and would recommend it to my friends and family!!
