They told me the locks were not "pick-able" and needed more money to drill them. They did not provide any estimate or even hint that it would be so expensive. They charged me $771 to drill 2 locks and install a new deadbolt and knob. I've had many homes rekeyed before and never paid more than $150 so I assumed it would be about the same. I was wrong and am kicking myself for not asking for a written estimate. Beware!

They ARE NOT LOCKSMITHS!!! They tell you it will be $80-$100 and then when they get there they say “the lock is not pickable and we need more money to drill it” in my case $225. At that point, he just destroyed my door knob and then started prying the door and hitting it until it broke the whole door frame! He had no problem giving me his name, company name, and telling me what car to expect. Price was exactly as quoted and I was given a legit work order/receipt. He saved the day and my sanity.
