A1 were really great. This was the first time having our septic system serviced since moving in, and we're new to the process. Rick was really helpful and informative, and was patient with all our questions. I uncovered a previously unknown access point to an additional tank while he was here, and he had no problem sticking around a little longer than expected to empty the additional tank.
