Would not recommend. We previously used A-1 about eight years ago when we lived in the area and had a positive experience, so they were the first company we called after moving back. Unfortunately, this time our experience was very different. Pricing was not provided up front, and we were ultimately charged over $500 to re-key three doors and provide a lockbox.
