I had lost my FOB and lock and key came out and did their best to get my key reprogrammed. Unfortunately my hybrid SONATA was not accepting the reprogramming and it didn't end up working. This was not their fault. Kyle was more than helpful and tried many options for 3 hours, even going to another store to pickup a different key.
