I have used A1 over the course of 6 or so years at random times. They are a very busy company but their price and service is worth it. I had one particular issue with my window where if I lifted it up, the rod / spring would just pop down and the window would fall on that side. It was a small metal piece that was missing some how, but the owner told me he would drop by when he had time. We don't lift that window hardly at all to air out, we use other windows but I was pleasantly surprised wh
