I had a very poor experience with this company. The quality of work did not meet expectations. During the sales process, I was told things that later turned out not to be accurate, which made me feel misled. Since the change in ownership, I’ve also noticed what appear to be unprofessional review practices. Overall, this business did not operate with the level of honesty or professionalism I expect, and I would not recommend them. “Definitely stay away from this company”

911 Restoration did an amazing job! The team was fast, professional, and thorough. Josh was especially helpful & super friendly and made the entire process stress-free. Don’t want to go through another water damage but if I do I would definitely call 911 Restoration of South Houston…. Highly recommend!
