Highly recommended Zach, Josh, Jarred and their team was punctual, and from estimate to full remediation were methodogical and executed in most do-no-harm-unless-it-is-absolutely-required manner. With minimal costs and time something that with bad judgement could have been a very expensive and unnecessary work was completed. I appreciate the team.

The company was great at water mitigation and clean up. Prompt service in an emergency situation. I would ONLY recommend them for that alone. My experience with contents was 180 degrees. I would never recommend 911 Restoration for reconstruction or contents due to poor communication (recon) very high pricing, lack of cleaning (contents) and general disorganization. Glad to be almost done with them, I was told my issue would be done in 4-6 weeks, I am still waiting for my electronics 2 months l

911 Restoration has been a blessing to work with. After a previous company did things improperly- Zach, Jared, and Josh came in and saved us. Within days, they had everything torn out and dried up, and have been amazing at communicating every step of the way. Everything was documented super well, and explained super well to us. They've been working awesome with our insurance, which makes it even easier. Thank you guys so much, and I'm glad to be using you for repairs and future issues too.
