Rick was great! We had a pipe break and did damage to two rooms. I called, said was transparent that he was finishing another job and set expectations on when he would arrive. He immediately started taking moisture readings, pictures and then pulled out all the carpet, pad, insulation, baseboards. He had all the equipment to dry and dehumidify the spaces. Our city sewer had a problem that was uncovered during a recent storm and unfortunately resulted in sewers backing up into many basements on our street. We called 911 and Rick was onsite almost immediately and started the clean up. He worked though the night and by early AM we were cleaned up and somewhat dry again.
