An estimator/salesman from ‘58 Foundations came to my home, went under my house to assess the repairs needed to my foundation, and then issued me a quote that included among other things sistering 10 joists. The actual work crew discovered a total of 13 joists needing sistering. I received a change order asking me to assume the cost for the additional three joists that needed sistering reinforcement. A ‘58 Foundations project manager, communicated that if I chose to not pay the change order fee,
