Was able to communicate and schedule mostly online which I appreciate. I reached out to another company via their online form and never heard back so did the same with 535 Plumbing and they responded. The process of scheduling and coordinating an appointment time was smooth which is good because I live in a condo that requires a water shutdown for the complete vertical stack for service. Luckily, Johnny and Jaron the two who came to do the work were really good and looked at the photos I provide

We live in a condo and had an issue with water overflowing from our washer drain pipe. 535 Plumbing answered my phone call right away and got me scheduled asap. Communication leading up to my scheduled appointment was great. I got text updates with the name and picture of the technician assigned to my job. Two technicians arrived and they were both very professional. They did not rush the job and stayed to make sure the fix was effective and no further flooding would occur after they left. I def
