Attempted to call several times to make an appointment over the phone and no one answered. Scheduled an appointment online for Dec 6th between the hours of 2 and 4 and no one showed up nor called. Reached out several times, via email, and as of today date, Dec 8th, no one has reached out to me. I still have possession of the email they sent confirming my appointment so I'm not sure what happened on their end but at a minimum, they should've called or responded to my emails. John c was amazing. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and also was very informative on how to make sure our vents don't get backed up again. He did a really good job cleaning afterwards and because of the amazing service we received at hand and stone we will be continuing service with this company. Hope he gets the praise he deserves and maybe a raise☺️

As a first time customer I would say I was very happy with the cleaning John did! He showed me the before pics and after and I was pretty satisfied with the cleaning results!
