I was really impressed by how they handled a misunderstanding we had with the technician. Our issue was acknowledged and the technician personally came back to make sure we were happy. We went from being unhappy to very happy by how it was handled. The original work he did on our icemaker was fine and it was fixed. We will use them again, for sure. They care and took the time to make sure we were happy.
