Although I decided just to replace my refrigerator instead of repair it, this company was amazing at coming out to my home right away!! When I came home from work and noticed my fridge was broken, I panicked. I could not get anyone to even call me back but this company had someone come out the very next morning. Will use them in the future just for being reliable.

5 star appliance says satisfaction guaranteed, after misdiagnosis of a major part and replacing it 3 times, it finally occurred to the technician that maybe that was not the problem. The technician eventually figured out that the issue was a small sensor not the control board for the refrigerator and admitted that the board did not need replacing.
