At 9 AM on Sunday morning of Mother’s Day, my power had been out for 8 hours already. Oncor said it was on my end and it looked good on their end. I needed an electrician to come out to fix my problem ASAP!!. Jessica answered the phone and told me an electrician would call me to walk me through the options. Herman called me 20 minutes later and could not be more honest. He would have to charge me $300 because it was Sunday and it sounded like I needed an obscure part that would not be ready
