J thoroughly inspected the house in Newcastle, WA. He provided a detailed inspection report highlighting all the issues that needed to be addressed. He also took the time to educate us about all the new equipment, including the heat pump, sump pump, water heater, fireplace, doorbell, home backup generator connection, and more. He carefully checked the crawl space, attic, drainage, insulation, windows, doors, electrical, gas, and water systems. His inspection was extremely detailed, and he was ve
