They are timely communicators and we never had an issue that wasn’t resolved quickly. We were impressed with all the subs they used who also showed up on time and did a good job. Hallie had creative building design ideas, Allison worked with us on interior design and Kerry kept all the balls in the air. Kerry kept us informed of any cost changes and gave options if needed

328 Design did a full renovation of our kitchen, dining, and living areas, which included both the design and project management of the entire project. Hallie is a very gifted designer and Kerry is an incredible project manager. It took us about 2 years of planning to finally get to demo, and while we encountered several challenges along the way, the most notable thing I can say about our experience with 328 is that we love the finished product and our project timeline ended up being only 1 week
