I brought in a hunter douglass top down bottom up blind on 10/24 to have serviced. It has been 1 year to date when I dropped it off. I was dealing with Nick, he said that he ordered parts for the blind and was hoping to repair it. I realize that this repair is not a money maker for them but a little communication goes a long way. I have sent Nick several messages with no response. Please let me know if you can repair it or not.

I have no idea how this "company" has 5 stars. We called - no answer - and left a message. When they called us back, we told them we had a nice, wood blind where the string was broke, and a few Hunter-Douglas blinds with broken connectors that needed repair. They asked us to send pictures and they would call us back and let us know if it would just be cheaper to go purchase new blinds (just the broken string blind is over $200 and had to be ordered). As you might guess, we never heard back f
